Miami University awarded 4,101 degrees to students during spring commencement exercises Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Yager Stadium.

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following local students have been named to the Dean's List for Spring 2015.

Miami University students who ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students within each division for second semester 2014-2015 have been named to the dean's list recognizing academic performance.

Over 700 students from Saint Francis University made the Spring 2015 Dean's List. To achieve Dean's List at Saint Francis University students must have full-time status and must attain a quality point average of at least 3.5 for the given semester. The following local residents were among those from the University who were recently named to the Dean's List:

Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the 2015 spring semester.

To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

The following students achieved the Dean's List at Belmont University for the Spring 2015 semester. Eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade point average of 3.5 with no grade below a C.

The Dean's Award for academic excellence is awarded to students with a 3.30 or higher term average while enrolled in 3.75 or more course hours.

To be eligible for the President’s List, students must earn a 4.0 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.

To achieve Dean's List at Saint Francis University, the requirements are that the students must have full-time status and must attain a quality point average of at least 3.5 for the given semester.
